October 18, 2021

Dear Attendants and Colleagues,

In light of ongoing developments with COVID-19 and after thoughtful discussions with the Viet Nam Nurses Association and the APANE Board of Directors, The 4th ACiNE Organizers have decided to move The 4th Asian Congress in Nursing Education to a fully online, virtual experience that will take place on Friday, December 17 - Saturday, December 18, 2021. We believe this is the safest approach for the well-being of our global audience and we are excited that a virtual event makes it possible to broaden the learning opportunities and engagement at this time.

The abstract submission will be re-opened to welcome more participants. We would be grateful if you could propagate this information to scientists, researchers, and students, who might be interested to join us.

  • Opening of submissions for extended abstracts: 18 October 2021
  • Closing of submissions for extended abstracts: 18 November 2021
  • Announcement of selected extended abstracts: 25 November 2021

All oral presentations will be given in the online format. Although we want to make the 4th ACiNE a “live” experience as much as possible, and that is the reason why we recommend that you give a live presentation. Nevertheless, we kindly ask all speakers to provide a pre-recorded video presentation which will serve as a backup, should unforeseen events prevent you from presenting live.

The regular onsite poster session will be replaced by the e-Poster session. The posters then will be displayed virtually in the conference e-Poster platform and will be easily searchable via the presenter name, poster title, and ID number.

All paid registrations will be rolling forward to the new congress dates. We are balancing the cost to offer the online participation fee for domestic delegates. The refund for Gala Dinner fee of paid registrations will be made within 1 month after the conference.

Thank you very much to all speakers, participants, our members, and partners for your continued support and participation in the 4th ACiNE.

As always, we wish you good health and safety.

Best regards,

The 4th ACiNE Organizers
